When you request a quote, book, use a contact or coupon form, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, billing or contact address, delivery or event location, event date and times, rental selections, setup instructions, messages, and communication preferences. We also keep reservation, agreement, and payment-status records.

Payments. We use InflatableOffice (rental.software) and payment providers to manage bookings, deposits, balances, and payments. Full payment card numbers are handled through those systems; we do not keep them ourselves in email, notes, spreadsheets, or paper files. We may receive transaction details, payment status, or limited card information such as the last four digits. A payment method may be retained by the provider for charges you authorize under your rental agreement. Please do not send full card numbers or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email, text, or contact forms.

Communications. We keep information you send in emails, texts, contact forms, and rental-related conversations. We do not record customer phone calls.

Photos and videos. We use photos and videos of rental setups and events on our website and social media. We obtain a parent or guardian’s permission before photographing children. If you have a concern about an image we use, contact us so we can review your request.

2. Cookies and website tools
