Delivery Timing

The event start time entered above is the time we guarantee your rental will be completely set up and ready. Our delivery routes begin at 7:00 AM, so standard delivery may occur anytime between 7:00 AM and your event start time. We plan routes by area and will provide an estimated arrival window before delivery.

An adult should be available when our crew arrives unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Add Time-Sensitive Delivery — $50

Choose this option only if you cannot accommodate our standard delivery schedule. Time-Sensitive Delivery provides a guaranteed two-hour arrival window and is subject to availability.

Pickup Timing

The event end time entered above is the time you are guaranteed use of your rental until. Standard residential pickup may occur later that evening or the following day at no additional charge.

Add Required Same-Night Pickup — $50

Choose this option if your rental must be removed the same night. Pickup will be scheduled after your event ends, with our crew arriving no later than 8:30 PM. Exact arrival time is not guaranteed.
