How Renting a Bounce House Works

Enter your event date and time before browsing. InflatableOffice will show the bounce houses available for your event, along with current pricing.
Review the complete quote
Add the bounce house to your cart and enter your name, address, phone number, email, and delivery details. Your quote shows the rental, delivery charge, tax, optional damage waiver, and any applicable fees before you book.
Reserve your rental
When everything looks right, sign the rental agreement and pay the required deposit or pay in full. Your rental is reserved after the agreement and payment are completed.

What to Expect Before and During Delivery
About 24 to 48 hours before delivery, we send your delivery window. On delivery day, we provide an estimated arrival time and route updates.
An adult must be present when we arrive. After positioning and anchoring the inflatable, we inspect the complete setup before giving you the go-ahead. We then explain the blower, safety rules, and how to deflate or reinflate the unit if necessary.
For a wet rental, we also explain the water system. The customer provides a garden hose that reaches the inflatable.
Prepare the setup area
Please clear sticks, pet waste, toys, furniture, and other debris before delivery. Leave enough room for the inflatable, blower, safety clearance, and the tarp underneath it.
Tell us about gates, narrow paths, stairs, or other access concerns. Our primary delivery dolly is approximately four feet wide. A smaller dolly may work for certain 13-by-13 bounce houses.
We bring 50-foot and 100-foot extension cords. Each blower requires a separate working electrical outlet.
Grass is usually the simplest setup surface, but some paved installations are possible with proper anchoring. Tell us the surface type in advance so we can confirm a safe setup.

Does Best Bounce deliver and set up the bounce house?
Yes. We deliver the inflatable, position and anchor it, inspect the setup, explain how to operate it safely, and return for pickup. Your quote shows the applicable delivery charge based on the event address.
How much room do I need?
The required space depends on the bounce house. In addition to the listed dimensions, leave room for the blower, safety clearance, and the tarp underneath. Tell us about gates or narrow access points before delivery.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes. Each blower needs a separate working outlet. Best Bounce provides the required 50-foot or 100-foot extension cords.
Do I need to provide a hose?
A hose is only required when the rental uses water. The customer must provide a garden hose that reaches the setup area.
Does the bounce house have to be installed on grass?
No. Grass is usually the simplest surface, but some paved installations are possible with proper anchoring. Tell us the surface type when booking so we can confirm whether the setup can be completed safely.
Is an adult required during delivery?
Yes. An adult must be present to confirm the setup location and receive the operating and safety instructions.
Are overnight rentals included?
Yes. Residential bounce house rentals include free overnight use, with pickup generally taking place the following day.
How and when do I pay?
Deposits must be paid by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments include a 3% processing charge. If a balance remains, card payments are due the day before delivery. Cash or Zelle balances may be paid on delivery day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Bad weather? We’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Best Bounce will not operate or complete an inflatable setup when the weather or location conditions are unsafe.
Do you provide rentals for parks, schools, and block parties?
Yes. Best Bounce serves backyard parties, schools, parks, block parties, community events, and business events. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance at no additional charge when one is required.
