What to Expect With a Water Slide Rental
About 24 to 48 hours before delivery, we send your planned delivery window. On delivery day, you receive an estimated arrival time and route updates.
An adult must be present when we arrive. We handle delivery, professional setup, anchoring, testing, takedown, and pickup. Before we leave, we explain safe operation, the blower, and the water controls.
Prepare for delivery
Please clear sticks, pet waste, toys, furniture, and other debris from the setup area.
For wet use, provide a working water connection and one garden hose that reaches each wet inflatable. Each inflatable also needs one working electrical outlet. Best Bounce supplies the extension cords.
Tell us during booking about gates, stairs, or difficult access so our crew can plan ahead.

Does Best Bounce deliver and set up the water slide?
Yes. We deliver, position and anchor the inflatable, connect and test the water system, inspect the setup, explain safe operation, and return for takedown and pickup.
How much room do I need?
The required space depends on the water slide. Check the dimensions on the individual rental page and allow additional room for safe operation. Tell us about gates, stairs, or difficult access when booking.
Can the water slides be used dry?
Most standalone water slides can also be used dry for the same price. Slip n slides, the 15ft Red Fire Water Slide, and setups that include a slip n slide are water-use only.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Yes. Each inflatable needs one working electrical outlet. Best Bounce provides the required extension cords.
Do I need to provide a hose?
Yes. For wet use, the customer provides one garden hose that reaches each wet inflatable and access to a working water connection.
Does the water slide have to be installed on grass?
No. We can complete many setups on grass or paved surfaces when the inflatable can be properly anchored. Select the surface type when booking so we can plan the correct setup.
Can adults use the water slides?
Some water slides are suitable for older kids, teens, and adults, while others have different rider recommendations. Check the individual rental page or contact us if adult use is important.
Are overnight rentals included?
Yes. Residential water slide rentals include free overnight use, with pickup generally taking place the following day.
How do I check availability and see the complete price?
Enter your actual event date and start and end times, then browse the water slides available for that event. After you enter the event address, your quote shows the complete price before you book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Bad weather? We’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Best Bounce will not operate or complete an inflatable setup when the weather or location conditions are unsafe.

Yes. Best Bounce serves backyard parties, schools, parks, block parties, community events, and business events. The location needs suitable access to water and electricity. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance at no additional charge when one is required.
