Dry Setup
Kids bounce, climb, and slide onto the inflated landing. No hose or water connection is needed.
Wet Setup
Water runs to the slide and landing area. You provide a working garden hose that reaches the inflatable.
No extra wet-use charge: The listed combo price is the same whether you choose wet or dry use.
What to Expect With Your Combo Rental
About 24 to 48 hours before delivery, we send your planned delivery window. On delivery day, you receive an estimated arrival time and route updates.
An adult must be present when we arrive. We position and anchor the combo, inspect the complete setup, and explain the blower, safety rules, and water system when the rental is being used wet.
Prepare the setup area
Clear sticks, pet waste, toys, furniture, and other debris before delivery. Leave room for the inflatable, blower, safety clearance, and tarp.
Each combo currently needs one working standard outlet within 50 feet. We provide the extension cord. Wet use also requires a working garden hose that reaches the inflatable.
Tell us about gates, stairs, narrow paths, or difficult access and include the setup surface when booking so we can prepare the correct anchoring.

Does Best Bounce deliver and set up the combo?
Yes. We deliver, position, anchor, and inspect the inflatable, explain how it works, and return for pickup. Your quote shows the applicable delivery charge based on the event address.
Are overnight rentals included?
Yes. Residential combo rentals include free overnight use, with pickup generally taking place the following day.
How and when do I pay?
Deposits must be paid by credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments include a 3% processing charge. If a balance remains, card payments are due the day before delivery. Cash or Zelle balances may be paid on delivery day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Bad weather? We’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Best Bounce will not operate or complete an inflatable setup when the weather or location conditions are unsafe.
Can you set up at parks, schools, and community events?
Yes. Best Bounce is fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance at no additional charge when one is required.
