Who handles setup?
We set up inflatables and Giant Backyard Pong. Tables, chairs, and most yard games are delivered for customer setup.

What time will my rentals arrive?
Delivery and pickup times depend on the day’s route. We communicate the plan ahead of time. If your venue has a strict arrival or pickup window, tell us before booking so we can check whether it works with the schedule.
Can you deliver to a park, school, or indoor venue?
Yes, when the venue allows the rental and the space and access are suitable. Check any permit or insurance requirements with your venue, then contact us before reserving.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
You or an authorized adult should be there to show us the delivery or setup location and review the rental details. Have the access path and space ready before we arrive.
Can my inflatable stay overnight?
Many residential inflatable rentals can stay overnight at no additional rental charge when the schedule and setup allow. Parks, schools, venues, and organized events are generally picked up the same day. Your reservation confirms your pickup arrangement.
