✅ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Are your rentals clean?
Yes — every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every rental.
We take pride in delivering equipment that is safe, fresh, and ready for your family to enjoy.
Do you offer overnight rentals?
Yes! We’re known for our overnight rental options on most inflatables.
That means more time, less stress, and you don’t have to cram everything into a few hours.
Do your inflatables contain lead?
No. All of our inflatables are made with lead-free vinyl, and we only use quality commercial-grade equipment.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes — a deposit is required to reserve your date and rental.
Your remaining balance is due before or at delivery (depending on your booking details).
Can I book online or call/text to book?
Both! You can book online anytime, or you can call/text us and we can help you book — or even book it for you.
What time do you deliver and pick up?
Delivery and pickup times depend on the day’s route and schedule, but we always communicate ahead of time so you know what to expect.
✅ We deliver earlier in the day whenever possible.
✅ For overnight rentals, pickup is typically the next day.
How much space do I need?
The required space is listed on each inflatable’s page.
We recommend having a few extra feet of clearance on all sides for safe setup.
If you’re unsure, text us a picture of the area and we’ll help you pick the right unit.
Do I need power / electricity?
Yes — inflatables require power to stay inflated. You’ll need a standard outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup area.
We provide extension cords when needed, but if power is far away, let us know ahead of time.
Does the inflatable have to be set up on grass?
No. We can set up on:
✅ grass
✅ concrete
✅ asphalt / driveways
✅ indoors (depending on ceiling height + space)
Grass setups are staked down. Hard surfaces are secured using safe anchoring methods.
Can you set up in a driveway?
Yes — as long as the driveway is flat and there’s enough space.
We’ll make sure it’s properly secured for safety.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Only if the inflatable is designed for water use.
🚫 Under no circumstances should water be used on a unit that is not a water unit.
For water rentals, we provide a 25ft hose, but if your water source is farther than that, you may need an extra hose available.
What events do you rent for?
We rent for all types of events, including:
🎉 birthdays
🏫 school events
⛪ church events
🏘️ block parties
🏢 corporate events
👨👩👧👦 family gatherings and more
Are you insured?
Yes — Best Bounce Party Rentals is fully insured.
We also provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request at no additional charge.
Do you deliver outside your main service area?
Yes — we mainly serve the Southwest Suburbs, but we can travel farther depending on the rental and event size.
If you’re outside the area, reach out and we’ll confirm availability and any travel pricing.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Safety always comes first. If weather becomes unsafe (heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, etc.) we’ll work with you on the best option based on timing and conditions.
If you have questions leading up to your event, just reach out — we’ll keep it simple and communicate clearly.
Do I need to supervise the kids?
Yes — adult supervision is required at all times.
This helps keep everyone safe and keeps the inflatable in good condition.
Can you set up at a park or school?
Sometimes yes — but many parks and schools require a permit and may require a COI.
If you want setup at a park or school, contact us and we’ll help you figure out what’s needed.
✅ Rules That Prevent Damage (and Keep Everyone Safe)
Can I move the inflatable after it’s set up?
No — for safety reasons, inflatables should never be moved once installed.
If you need adjustments, contact us and we’ll help.
Can adults use the inflatables?
Some units allow adults depending on size/weight limits. Ask us and we’ll tell you what’s allowed.
Can we have food, drinks, gum, or silly string inside?
🚫 No food, drinks, gum, confetti, or silly string inside the inflatable.
These can permanently damage the unit and may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
✅ Weather & Cancellation Policy
Weather Policy
At Best Bounce Party Rentals, safety comes first. We monitor weather closely and will always work with you to make the best decision for your event.
✅ Light Rain / Overcast Weather
Rentals can sometimes still operate in light rain depending on the inflatable, surface conditions, and safety.
❌ Heavy Rain / Lightning / High Winds
Inflatables cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions, including:
Lightning
Heavy rain causing puddling/flooding
Strong winds (typically 15–20+ mph or gusty conditions)
If weather becomes unsafe, we may delay setup, reschedule, or cancel for safety.
Rescheduling Due to Weather
If your event is impacted by unsafe weather, we will do our best to reschedule your rental to a new available date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, but once you book, we reserve your date and take that unit off the market.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and reserve your date and inflatable.
Canceling Your Reservation
If you cancel for reasons other than weather, your deposit is forfeited.
If you cancel far enough in advance, we may be able to apply your deposit toward a future rental at our discretion (based on availability).
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are extremely difficult because the unit is already reserved and scheduled.
If a same-day cancellation occurs (not weather-related), the deposit remains non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If the rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather, we will offer:
✅ Reschedule to a future available date
✅ Rental credit (when applicable)
Final Weather Decision
Weather can change quickly in Illinois. If conditions become unsafe at any time, Best Bounce Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a rental for safety reasons.
