Booking & Pricing
Yes — a deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve your date and equipment. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of signing, and if your event is within 72 hours, the deposit must be paid immediately. The remaining balance is typically due no later than 24 hours before your event unless otherwise paying cash, your balance is due before setup.
Both. You can book online anytime, or you can call or text us if you have questions. We can also help place the order for you if needed.
Every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and pickup. Each item on our website has its own base rental price, and a distance-based delivery fee is added based on how far your event location is from our service area.
Current delivery fees:
0–10 miles: $35
11–12 miles: $40
13–15 miles: $50
16–18 miles: $60
19–20 miles: $70
21–23 miles: $80
A 10% tax is added to all rentals. Your exact total — including the base rental price, delivery fee, and tax — is shown instantly during checkout once you enter your address.
Yes — we mainly serve the Southwest Suburbs, but we may be able to travel farther depending on the rental, schedule, and event size. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Yes. We’re known for our overnight rentals on most inflatables. That means more time for fun, less stress during the party, and no need to squeeze everything into just a few hours.
Delivery and pickup times depend on the day’s route and schedule, but we always communicate ahead of time so you know what to expect. We do our best to deliver as early in the day as possible, and overnight rentals are typically picked up the following day.
Yes. Standalone table and chair rentals require a $250 minimum order subtotal (before tax and delivery).
This minimum does not apply when tables and chairs are rented as part of a bounce house or inflatable package.
Tables and chairs are delivered clean and folded for easy setup so you can arrange them however you’d like for your event.
Setup & Requirements
The required setup space is listed on each rental page. We recommend leaving a few extra feet of clearance on all sides for safe setup. If you’re not sure, text us a picture of the setup area and we’ll help you choose the right unit.
Yes — each inflatable requires a dedicated 110V/20amp outlet unless otherwise stated. We provide power cords for standard setups up to 100 feet. If the power source is farther than 100 feet away, you may need to provide a heavy-duty 10/12 gauge extension cord. If you’re unsure, just ask us before your event and we’ll help.
No — we can often set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, driveways, and even indoors depending on the inflatable and available space. The setup area must be clean, clear, accessible, and approved for use. Grass setups are typically staked, while hard surface setups are secured using approved anchoring methods. We will not set up on dirt, gravel, or extreamly muddy surfaces.Â
Yes — as long as the driveway is flat and there is enough space for the inflatable and safe clearance around it. We will secure the bounce house with sand bags on each corner for safty.Â
Yes. Many parks and schools require a permit and may also require a Certificate of Insurance (COI). If you want us to set up at a park or school, contact us ahead of time and we’ll help you figure out what’s needed. We do provide COI at no additional cost.Â

Yes but only if the inflatable is specifically designed for water use. Water should never be used on a dry unit under any circumstances. For water rentals, we provide a 25-foot hose. If your water source is farther away, you may need to have an additional hose available.
Yes — the customer or an authorized adult must be present at delivery with a valid ID so we can complete setup and review any important details. If no one is present or reachable at delivery time, the reservation may be canceled and additional trip fees may apply.
Tables and chairs are delivered clean and folded for easy setup. Customer setup is required, Although table and chair setup can be added for an additional fee of $2 per table and $1 per chair, with a $20 minimum.
For pickup, tables must be folded and chairs must be folded and stacked the same way they were delivered.
Safety, Rules & Use
Yes — adult supervision is required at all times. This helps keep everyone safe and helps prevent damage to the inflatable.
Some units may allow adults depending on the inflatable and its size or weight limits. Reach out and we’ll let you know what is allowed for that specific unit. Usually kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
No. Food, drinks, gum, confetti, glitter, silly string, slime, and similar items are not allowed inside or near the inflatable. These items can cause permanent damage or excessive cleaning and may result in additional fees.
No — for safety reasons, the equipment should never be moved once installed. If it needs to be repositioned, only Best Bounce Party Rentals may move it, and additional fees may apply.
Weather & Cancellations
Safety always comes first. We monitor the weather closely and will work with you to make the best decision for your event. Light rain or overcast weather may still allow a rental to proceed depending on the inflatable, setup surface, and overall safety conditions.
Inflatables cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, heavy rain, standing water or flooding, strong winds, or gusty conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, we may delay setup, reschedule the rental, or cancel it for safety reasons.
If unsafe weather affects your rental, we will do our best to reschedule your event to a new available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and handled based on the circumstances of the rental.
We understand plans can change, but when you book with us, we reserve your date and take that unit off the market.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may forfeit the full deposit.
If setup has already begun, no refund will be issued. In some cases, postponements requested at least one week in advance may allow all or part of the deposit to be applied toward a new date at our discretion and subject to availability.
Damage Waiver
The Damage Waiver is an optional add-on that helps protect you from certain minor accidental damage that may happen during normal use.
The cost is 9% of the base rental price. Many customers choose to add it for extra peace of mind, especially for birthdays, school events, and larger gatherings.
The Damage Waiver may cover minor accidental damage that occurs during normal use, such as small tears or minor seam and stitching repairs.
Coverage is determined by Best Bounce Party Rentals based on the nature of the damage and whether the rental rules were followed.
The Damage Waiver does not cover major damage, misuse, negligence, rough play, failure to follow rules, prohibited items, pet-related damage, sharp objects, fireworks, cigarettes, open flames, theft, vandalism, missing parts, water damage from sprinklers or improper use, moving the equipment after setup, or excessive cleaning. Any damage or cleaning not covered by the waiver may be charged to the renter.
