Before delivery
Have a flat setup area and a clear access path at least 7 feet wide ready before we arrive.
Provide a working water supply and a hose that reaches the tank. Allow one hour for filling before your event starts. It usually takes less time, depending on your water pressure and hose.
Weather
If bad weather affects your event, we’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability.
